Ring Size Guide (US/Canada)

How to Measure Your Ring Size

Use a Ring Sizer (Most Accurate)

For the most precise fit, use a ring sizer. It’s the cleanest way to size with confidence—especially for wider bands or gifting.

Slip the sizer onto the finger you’ll wear the ring on. The right size feels secure at the base and passes the knuckle with light resistance.
Between sizes, choose the larger size.

No sizer on hand? A jeweler can size you in minutes.

Use a Ring You Already Own (Best at Home)

Choose a ring that fits the finger you’re buying for.
Measure the inside diameter in mm (straight across the center), then match it to the chart below.

Paper Strip Method (Quick Check)

Use this as a backup method.

  1. Wrap a thin strip of paper around the finger, at the base.

  2. Mark where it overlaps.

  3. Lay it flat and measure to the mark in mm.

  4. Match your measurement to the inside circumference in the chart.

Tip: Measure twice. Finger size can shift with temperature and time of day.

Ring Fit Notes

A ring should feel secure and composed—comfortable at the base, with a clean slide on and off.
If you’re between sizes, choose the larger size. For wider bands, sizing up often feels better.
